Our challenge
To provide Cheshire-based healthcare technology specialist with a sustained PR campaign to raise awareness of its work with NHS Trusts, local authorities and the private sector. MSoft was also keen to build awareness of its innovative blood tracking and bedside management technology across Europe and the rest of the world.

Our approach
Mason Media works closely with MD Matt McAlister ensuring that there is a constant flow of strong news stories and features to coincide with client wins and project completions. The company works successfully with a number of leading organisations including Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust, the Countess of Chester NHS Foundation Trust, United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust and Cumbria County Council. A key part of the communications strategy has also been to raise Matt’s profile as an expert in his area.

Our results
As a direct result of Mason Media’s work, MSoft’s profile has been raised significantly across national and international healthcare trade press as well as regional media. Even more exciting, the Ellesmere Port-based company is now actively talking to potential partners and clients in Europe, Australia and the United States about extending their technology on a global basis.
